JMS Environmental Associates, Ltd. (JMS) is a full service environmental consulting laboratory providing professional services to the public and private sector including asbestos, industrial hygiene, property assessments, underground storage tank investigations, lead contamination surveys, hazardous materials identification, and other air and water pollution related services. The laboratory is accredited by the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) for airborne fiber analysis and the NIST National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) for bulk asbestos analysis. Our staff is trained through United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. E.P.A.) accredited training facilities and certified in all aspects of asbestos consulting. These services include air quality monitoring, asbestos project management, asbestos school inspection, asbestos management planning, asbestos project specification preparation, and airborne fiber analyses. The corporation also maintains general comprehensive and professional liability insurance for asbestos and environmental consulting laboratory services. Over the past fifteen years, our staff has been involved with thousands of asbestos and environmental projects ranging from inspections and monitoring for small boiler rooms to consulting for entire industrial complexes.
